D’Marcus, who has Autism, has been a paid artist in Inside Out Productions since June 2001. In 2009, D’Marcus agreed to be the artist liaison, helping to create a permanent art installation at Innovation Protocol, a PR/Branding firm in the arts district of Los Angeles. He en-joyed the added responsibility and did well in the position.
